This rack and pinion materials and loading deck hoist (mobile landing platform) has a huge 5 x 3.3m platform that is configurable to smaller lengths of 4 x 3.3m and 3 x 3.3m. This machine has a huge capacity of up to 3400kg which can easily take machines such as scissorlifts or small forklifts. This machines capacity ensures virtually all construction materials can be landed onto the deck during structural work. It has the added versatility of travelling to any floor throughout your project, so it can be used to replace a crane during finishing trade work - such as installing kitchen cabinets, benchtops, bathrooms, and any bulky materials. It can travel vertically up to 40 floors at a speed of 30m/min on 50amp 415V power. The unit has electric loading ramps at either end of the machine for smooth transition of loads on and off the machine. The unit has user selectable floor presets to enable exact stopping at floor levels, and an overload circuit to ensure the maximum capacity is not exceeded. The unit meets and exceeds the latest Australian Standards for builders hoists to assure your safety.
